Senior Consultant - IAS

Job Summary

Providing technical and operational support within the Integrated Absence Solutions Practice, the full-time Senior Consultant - IAS will partner with client stakeholders to assess absence management needs, deliver expert guidance on leave regulations, and lead the implementation of integrated absence programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior-level client stakeholders to design tailored absence management solutions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and local leave regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Manage cross-functional teams and oversee the operational delivery of absence programs, addressing client issues and implementing sustainable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in absence management, benefits consulting, or human resources with a proven track record
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or absence management systems
