Senior Consultant II, Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leveraging data and analytics to influence business strategy, the fully remote Senior Consultant II, Business Analyst will compile, clean, and analyze complex data while coaching less experienced analysts and establishing standards of practice.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes complex data to understand business results
• Communicates and presents project information to team and management, providing updates and insights
• Utilizes data analytics expertise to coach and develop less experienced analysts

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Proven technical expertise in data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting
• Experience in establishing and documenting standards of practice in data analytics
• Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with business process development and IT project management
