Senior Consultant in System Implementation

Job Summary

Seeking an organized and ambitious professional, the full-time Senior Consultant in System Implementation will lead technology and business consulting projects, guiding teams through project phases and building strong client relationships while working onsite in New York or Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Guide project teams through all core project phases, including setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Conduct initial reviews of deliverables and provide feedback while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• Lead client meetings, including stakeholder interviews and workshops, while contributing to internal growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Systems Integration, Implementation, SDLC, and Project Management
• 3+ years in consulting or professional services, with big firm experience preferred
• Consistent exposure to end-to-end SDLC processes
• Trained in process and/or technology methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or related fields
