Senior Consultant Innovation Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant Strategic Innovation & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist large organizations in identifying challenges and opportunities, providing creative solutions through vision, strategy, transformation plans, and innovation
• Specialize in focus areas such as New Venture Design, Innovation Management, or Strategy Enablement, while taking on more commercial responsibilities
• Coach and mentor junior consultants

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferably in a strategic, business, industrial design, or innovative field
• Minimum of three years of experience as a consultant in change management, digital transformations, strategy, innovation, or business models
• Proficient in Dutch (at least B2 level) and English
• Must reside in The Netherlands
• Open to candidates who may not meet all experience requirements but believe they are a good fit for the role
