Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Consultant for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for the Manager and the Sr IPS, including training and mentoring new IPS
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for CICs, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Lead high-profile Intercultural Management Training programs, overseeing logistics and communication

Required Qualifications

• Previous training or leadership experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience in a service environment
• Proficiency in database and spreadsheet manipulation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Atlas and internet searches
