Senior Consultant - Management Operations

Job Summary

To support the expansion of the Management Company Operations practice, the full-time Senior Consultant - Management Operations will assess current-state operations, design future-state operating models, and execute transformation initiatives while working closely with client finance teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support MCO transformation engagements, including current-state assessments and target operating model design
• Drive platform optimization initiatives and facilitate client workshops for solution design discussions
• Develop structured documentation and client-ready deliverables while managing strong client relationships

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, finance transformation, or a related role
• Experience within the private markets industry is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, including facilitating workshops and supporting solution delivery
• Familiarity with enterprise finance systems and related tools such as ERP and expense management platforms is preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
