Senior Consultant, NICE CXone

Job Summary

To support the implementation of the NICE CXone software platform, the full-time Senior Consultant will manage development, testing, and delivery processes remotely while leveraging technical expertise in contact center technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of NICE CXone products and features, ensuring high-quality software delivery
• Mentor software engineers and collaborate with project teams to enhance software solutions
• Influence client leadership on engagement strategies and maintain strong business relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
• 5+ years of experience in NICE CXone and UC environments
• 3+ years of software development experience, including coding and testing real-time systems
• Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and network infrastructure
• Proficient in creating and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
