Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Comms SME OCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA and ERP modernization programs
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and organizational readiness
• Conduct change impact assessments and integrate change management activities into program delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs
• Strong experience developing OCM strategy and stakeholder engagement plans
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe
• Proven client-facing consulting experience
• Embodiment of company values and leadership principles
