Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Comms SME OCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end change management strategies for SAP S/4HANA and broader digital transformation programs
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, workforce transition, and training strategies
• Conduct change impact assessments and partner with client executives to integrate change management activities into program delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs
• Strong experience in developing OCM strategy, stakeholder engagement, and readiness plans
• Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe
• Proven client-facing consulting experience
• Embodiment of the company's values and leadership principles
