Senior Consultant - OCM & PM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant - OCM and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on OCM and PM best practices and integrate tailored solutions
• Lead multi-practice engagements and drive internal growth within the team
• Create detailed project plans, communicate project status, and manage project teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience with OCM principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
• Certification in Program Management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile, Scrum)
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 5 years of related experience
• Experience with OCM and PM strategies in cybersecurity efforts
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (up to 10%)
