Senior Consultant, Planning and Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Staff Augmentation - Planning and Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service deliverables including configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within Planning and Performance solutions
• Perform detailed reviews and deliver proactive recommendations on module configurations and understand customer's accounting and data structure
• Mentor junior team members and support their development of cost accounting and healthcare finance skills

Required Qualifications

• Proven Financial Planning and Analysis experience in healthcare finance and analytics
• Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and experience with financial systems
• Direct experience with financial applications related to budgeting and strategic planning
• Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
