Senior Consultant, Pop-Up Communities

Job Summary

To support agile research engagements, the full-time Senior Consultant, Pop-Up Communities will lead mixed-method research projects, collaborate with clients, and deliver actionable insights in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end research programs, from framing client challenges to executing mixed-method research
• Translating business problems into effective research strategies and developing engaging research experiences
• Synthesizing complex data into clear insights and communicating findings through compelling storytelling

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in market research, consumer insights, or strategic consulting with a focus on qualitative research
• Strong experience with online research platforms, particularly Recollective
• Deep qualitative research expertise, including designing and moderating online and mixed-method research
• Experience leveraging AI tools across the research lifecycle
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
