Senior Consultant Practice Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Practice Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with home office leadership at large independent broker-dealers and RIAs to align practice management with corporate initiatives
• Design multi-phase rollout strategies for large firms and act as the voice of the home office to the Product team
• Collaborate on scalable programs and create high-level thought leadership and practice management assets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within an RIA or Broker-Dealer environment
• Proven ability to build adoption programs and manage complex advisory workflows
• Experience leading discovery workshops and diagnosing operational inefficiencies
• Ability to craft narratives from complex data and communicate effectively at various levels
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and integration requirements of large financial institutions
