Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business leaders to align strategies with organizational objectives
• Analyzes internal and external trends to support business strategy development
• Guides complex strategic business decisions and manages the business development pipeline

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA; MBA preferred
• 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven understanding of strategy development and market analysis
• 2-4+ years of consulting experience or industry strategy/marketing experience
• Healthcare experience required, preferably in the Cell and Gene Pharmaceutical space
