Senior Consultant Provider Compensation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant for Provider Compensation & Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced database administration of the MediTract CLM contract database and provide reports
• Manage the contracting process for provider agreements and train team members on database use
• Calculate and communicate productivity metrics and performance bonuses to providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five (5) years of Healthcare Administration experience in provider contracting and compensation
• Advanced knowledge of Industry Standard National Benchmark Survey Data
• Understanding of Provider Fair Market Value (FMV) concepts
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams, including Legal Counsel and Human Resources
