Job Summary
To support consultant-led growth opportunities, the full-time Senior Consultant Relations professional will build and deepen relationships with benefits consultants and brokerage firms while educating the market on the company's value proposition in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with national and regional benefits consultants and brokerage firms
- Execute the consultant relations strategy in alignment with sales priorities and growth goals
- Develop consultant-facing content and gather feedback to inform product priorities and messaging
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of the employer health benefits ecosystem and the role of consultants and brokers
- Established credibility with benefits consultants or employer benefits leaders
- Experience in consultative sales, relationship management, or market education
- Ability to translate healthcare data and technology solutions into compelling value propositions
