Job Summary

To support consultant-led growth opportunities, the full-time Senior Consultant Relations professional will build and deepen relationships with benefits consultants and brokerage firms while educating the market on the company's value proposition in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and deepen relationships with national and regional benefits consultants and brokerage firms
  • Execute the consultant relations strategy in alignment with sales priorities and growth goals
  • Develop consultant-facing content and gather feedback to inform product priorities and messaging
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of the employer health benefits ecosystem and the role of consultants and brokers
  • Established credibility with benefits consultants or employer benefits leaders
  • Experience in consultative sales, relationship management, or market education
  • Ability to translate healthcare data and technology solutions into compelling value propositions
