Senior Consultant, Restoration

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Consultant, Restoration, the candidate will assist clients in recovering from cyber incidents, restoring compromised systems, and implementing effective remediation strategies while collaborating with Digital Forensic and Incident Response teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the DFIR team to assess the scope and impact of cyber incidents and execute restoration efforts
• Build strong professional relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor during incident response engagements
• Utilize technical expertise in various technologies to restore systems, automate recovery processes, and document all restoration efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience in DFIR and restoration within a consulting firm
• Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange, M365, and Windows Server operating systems
• Experience with network administration and configuring firewalls, VPNs, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with cloud services and various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS
