Senior Consultant, Retirement Insurance
Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant, Retirement Insurance, the full-time remote position will lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on transforming retirement and pension clients' businesses through strategic assessments and operational improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead retirement and pension consulting engagements by assessing client maturity and transforming business and operating models
- Partner with client and internal leadership to plan, scope, and execute value-added consulting projects while managing engagement economics
- Coach and develop consulting teams, ensuring quality and consistency of client deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the retirement and pension industry
- Hands-on experience with defined contribution (DC), defined benefit (DB), annuities, and other retirement offerings
- Proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
