Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant - Retirement & Pension, the hybrid role will lead and deliver consulting engagements for retirement and pension clients, focusing on business transformation, client relationship management, and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver retirement and pension consulting engagements by assessing client maturity and transforming business models
- Partner with client and Cognizant leadership to plan, scope, and execute value-added consulting projects
- Coach and develop consulting teams while ensuring quality and consistency of client deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in the retirement and pension industry
- Hands-on experience with retirement and pension offerings such as defined contribution (DC) and defined benefit (DB)
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and translate objectives into executable tasks
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
