Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and oversee full office/series book of business to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and contribute to growth and practice initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with a focus on marketing and finance, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in the insurance/broker industry, particularly in consulting or account management
• Current required licenses or ability to obtain them immediately
• Must be available for travel for client/team meetings
• Legal right to work in the United States
