Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for core teams, clients, and carrier partners
• Oversee carrier relationships, ensure compliance with timelines, and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with a focus on marketing and finance, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in the insurance/broker industry, specifically in consulting or account management
• Current required licenses or ability to obtain them immediately
• Must be available for travel for client/team meetings
• Legal right to work in the United States
