Senior Consultant Talent Leadership Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant Talent & Leadership Development for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult, design, and facilitate talent development programs
• Manage talent development projects and implementation
• Partner with teams to identify talent development needs and support career pathing solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field
• 7 years' experience in training and implementing talent development programs
• Experience in talent and leadership development, including managing large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design
• Advanced degree or equivalent work experience in Adult Learning or Instructional Design preferred
