Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant responsible for the development, testing, and delivery of a contact center software platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy contact center, workforce management, quality management, and AI solutions in customer environments
  • Implement high-complexity projects while managing risks and ensuring solution quality through structured testing
  • Mentor software engineers and collaborate with project teams to enhance software written in various programming languages
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in contact center and UC environments
  • Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs
  • 1-3 years of ASP/.NET experience and 2 or more years of software development experience
  • Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, and experience with CRM integrations
