Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant responsible for the development, testing, and delivery of a contact center software platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy contact center, workforce management, quality management, and AI solutions in customer environments
- Implement high-complexity projects while managing risks and ensuring solution quality through structured testing
- Mentor software engineers and collaborate with project teams to enhance software written in various programming languages
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in contact center and UC environments
- Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs
- 1-3 years of ASP/.NET experience and 2 or more years of software development experience
- Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, and experience with CRM integrations
