Senior Consultant, Value Excellence

Job Summary

Supporting the design and development of value-driven strategies, the full-time Senior Consultant, Value Excellence will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create frameworks and models that enhance ServiceNow's AI Go-To-Market initiatives, with flexible remote work options available.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain value-based models that articulate the business value of ServiceNow products across various functions and industries
• Support the Go-To-Market strategy by designing engagement processes, service offerings, and value content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to deliver impactful value propositions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy or technology consulting, or finance (e.g., investment banking)
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and a strong grasp of accounting and finance concepts
• A bachelor's degree in Business or an MBA, or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with large, complex, cross-functional organizations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
