Job Summary
Leading healthcare claims transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Consulting Manager, Healthcare will serve as the Product Owner, managing product vision and strategy while collaborating with business and technology teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization for healthcare claims initiatives
- Lead requirements discovery workshops and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams
- Analyze claims processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience within healthcare payer organizations or healthcare consulting
- Deep expertise in the healthcare claims lifecycle, including adjudication, pricing, and appeals
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role supporting healthcare transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint planning
