Job Summary
Leading business and technology transformation initiatives for healthcare payer clients, the full-time Senior Consulting Manager, Healthcare will work remotely to guide project delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead healthcare payer transformation initiatives by defining business priorities and translating complex requirements into clear functional and technical direction
- Provide senior-level delivery oversight across Agile programs, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk management
- Guide the development of user stories and delivery artifacts using JIRA, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology delivery with significant experience in the Healthcare Payer domain
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing initiatives and translating complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements
- Experience providing leadership and delivery oversight in Agile project environments
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for requirements management and Agile delivery
- Strong ability to influence senior client stakeholders and align technical and non-technical teams
