Job Summary
Senior Consumer Affairs Specialist will work full-time in a remote capacity, supporting complaint review and resolution for institutional clients in the life and annuity sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve complaints from consumers and regulatory bodies
- Draft and review complaint response letters and ensure adherence to complaint file retention processes
- Collaborate with business areas on complaint resolution and participate in departmental projects
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of life insurance operations and compliance experience
- Experience in a compliance and/or insurance operations function preferred
- Knowledge of Life & Annuity products/systems required
- Customer-focused mindset with strong time management skills
