Job Summary

Senior Consumer Affairs Specialist will work full-time in a remote capacity, supporting complaint review and resolution for institutional clients in the life and annuity sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve complaints from consumers and regulatory bodies
  • Draft and review complaint response letters and ensure adherence to complaint file retention processes
  • Collaborate with business areas on complaint resolution and participate in departmental projects
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of life insurance operations and compliance experience
  • Experience in a compliance and/or insurance operations function preferred
  • Knowledge of Life & Annuity products/systems required
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong time management skills
