Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consumer Experience Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational readiness, launch execution, and post-deployment stabilization activities
- Serve as a command center consultant during product, system, or experience launches
- Track, maintain, and analyze RAID logs and other operational documentation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consumer operations and/or data analytics
- Experience supporting operational readiness, command centers, incident triage, or launch/post-deployment support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms)
- Strong experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing RAID logs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
