Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consumer Experience Professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support operational readiness, launch execution, and post-deployment stabilization activities
  • Serve as a command center consultant during product, system, or experience launches
  • Track, maintain, and analyze RAID logs and other operational documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer operations and/or data analytics
  • Experience supporting operational readiness, command centers, incident triage, or launch/post-deployment support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms)
  • Strong experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing RAID logs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
