Job Summary
Supporting product and experience launches, the contract Senior Consumer Experience Professional will ensure operational readiness, facilitate issue resolution, and analyze performance data while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational readiness activities for product, system, and experience launches
- Serve as a key contributor within command center operations during launch and stabilization periods
- Analyze deployment data and operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consumer operations, customer experience, or data analytics
- Experience supporting operational readiness and command center operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience creating and analyzing RAID logs and operational documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
