Senior Consumer Lending Originations Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is seeking a Senior Consumer Lending Originations Compliance Associate.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Mortgage and Home Equity Origination lines of business by researching and interpreting laws and regulations
• Develop relationships with lines of business and provide oversight and monitoring of processes and controls
• Participate in projects related to mitigating risk to the company

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or substantial industry experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a financial services compliance professional, Home Lending Origination, Audit, bank regulator, or other comparable experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage and home equity originations including related rules and regulations
