Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Contact Center Systems Engineer - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex table-driven contact flows and large data tables within Amazon Connect
- Build, enhance, and maintain Amazon Lex V2 bots for automated customer interactions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and troubleshoot call flow and telephony issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
- Experience with Amazon Connect and Lex V2
- Understanding of AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
