Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Contact Center Systems Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize complex table-driven contact flows and large data tables within Amazon Connect
  • Build, enhance, and maintain Amazon Lex V2 bots for automated customer interactions
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and troubleshoot call flow and telephony issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience with infrastructure technologies
  • Experience with Amazon Connect and Lex V2
  • Understanding of AWS services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
