Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and specialized customer service through phone, chat, text, and social media
  • Assist students with financial aid documents and manage escalated calls

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of contact center experience
  • Maintain top 25% team performance for three consecutive months
  • Maintain an average QA score of 90% for three consecutive months
  • Associate's Degree preferred
