Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and document interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Act as a program resource for team members and support Team Leads with workload management
- Participate in user acceptance testing and contribute to the development of internal resources
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- 4 - 5 years of related work experience
- Experience in a high-volume, multi-channel support environment
- Proficiency in CRM and telephony systems
- Technical knowledge of web-based browsers and applications
