Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate in Contact Center Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated customer inquiries and document interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Act as a program resource for team members and support Team Leads with workload management
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and contribute to the development of internal resources
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 4 - 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience in a high-volume, multi-channel support environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and telephony systems
  • Technical knowledge of web-based browsers and applications
