Job Summary

Leading the optimization of subrogation contact campaigns across multiple channels, the full-time hybrid Senior Contact Channel Performance Analyst will manage strategy and execution for outreach initiatives, ensuring compliance and maximizing engagement through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Multi-Channel Campaign Testing: Own the strategy and execution of subrogation contact campaigns across various channels
  • Design and Govern Contact Model: Define and refine the contact approach to ensure consistency, compliance, and customer-centric outreach
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to drive initiatives that enhance contact effectiveness and recovery outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven strategic and analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel outreach campaigns and familiarity with contact management tools
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining quality in high-volume operations
