Senior Content Consultant

Job Summary

To support client engagement and growth, the remote Senior Content Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert on content solutions, partnering with sales teams to diagnose client needs and structure comprehensive eLearning solutions while achieving sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on all content solutions, articulating their value and pricing models
• Develop long-term relationships with senior executives to understand their business and leadership development needs
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on learning and development strategies that drive business results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in learning or professional services
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the learning, professional services, or content industry
• 3+ years of experience with HR-related software or eLearning providers
• Strong understanding of the adult learning process and various learning methods
• Proven ability to navigate complex business issues and engage with senior executives
