Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Content Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and document user needs for documentation and skilling content
• Recommend content approaches that meet identified needs and work with technical writers to implement them
• Conduct evaluative research to ensure effective language and labeling

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in writing, content design, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field AND 5+ years experience
• 3+ years experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
• Experience delivering measurable content improvements based on evidence
• Experience leading complex projects and managing work independently
