• Proven experience as a product-focused UX content designer or similar role
• Advocacy for content design and ability to communicate its value
• Experience with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, or equivalent
• Examples of visual thinking and service design skills
• Ability to create flows, logic representations, and focus on user needs
