Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Content Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the content design process from discovery and ideation through final execution
• Create clear, concise, and error-free UX content aligned with established UX and content standards
• Own and drive multiple workstreams while ensuring end-to-end content consistency across experiences

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in content-focused roles, with at least 4 years specializing in in-product UX content
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or a related field
• Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and content-driven solutions
• Experience co-leading design from early concept through launch
• Strong knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
