Senior Content Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Content Designer will drive innovation in content experience design and knowledge management to enhance the digital employee experience, working remotely or from various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Build a scalable knowledge management approach for content lifecycle phases across internal organizations
• Design and develop internal tools and workflows to optimize knowledge for AI-powered employee experiences
• Create content design standards and governance models to ensure a consistent voice across employee-facing products

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing high-quality in-product content and implementing knowledge management strategies
• Broad knowledge of information architecture principles, including taxonomy and structure
• Experience with modular content management systems such as Contentful or Brightspot
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams to execute complex initiatives
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in knowledge-centered methodologies and content strategy
