Job Summary

To enhance the money movement experiences within the Cash product, the full-time Senior Content Designer will craft clear, engaging content that simplifies complex financial technology, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute content design strategies for product features and enhancements
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences
• Manage multiple projects while navigating ambiguity and tailoring content approaches effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of content design experience in a consumer software company, preferably in financial technology
• A portfolio showcasing how clear communication enhances product experiences across various formats
• Strong understanding of UX design principles for mobile and web applications
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to transform ambiguity into clarity and drive alignment within teams
