Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop various content types, including e-learning and infographics
• Translate complex technical information into engaging learning content for adult learners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• College degree from an accredited university
• 8-10 years of experience in content development and instructional design within technical or SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of technical company cultures and adult learning principles
• Experience with content and LMS platforms, as well as design tools
• Background in sales enablement or enterprise customer training is preferred
