Senior Content Developer
Job Summary
Creating engaging documentation and training content for Acumatica ERP, the full-time Senior Content Developer will work remotely to support partners and customers in achieving their business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for designated functional areas of Acumatica ERP, ensuring alignment with corporate style guidelines and updates with software releases
- Design and create training courses and assessments to enhance product expertise among various learner personas, keeping materials current with software updates
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to enhance content development efficiency and quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all final outputs
Required qualifications
- A degree in English, technical writing, communications, or computer science, or alternative credentials (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or instructional design within the software industry (required)
- Experience with AI-assisted writing and productivity tools for technical content development (required)
- Expertise in industries relevant to Acumatica (preferred)
- Prior teaching or training experience (preferred)
