Senior Content Director

Job Summary

Leading the vision and strategy for content development, the full-time Senior Content Director will create transformative leadership solutions for mid- to executive-level leaders while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and champion the content strategy and vision for strategic leadership programs
• Lead a team to design assessments, facilitator-led experiences, and various learning resources
• Build relationships with stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience
• 8 years of business leadership or operational experience, or management consulting experience with senior leaders
• Deep understanding of challenges facing senior leaders in achieving strategic objectives
• Expertise in strategic leadership topics such as influence and decision making
• Familiarity with AI-augmented learning and hybrid intelligence models
