Senior Content Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To build and scale the enablement function, the remote Senior Content Enablement Manager will own the strategy, development, and delivery of training and enablement programs for Customer Success Teams and customers, focusing on content creation, learning management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive, reusable training materials for internal teams and customers across product features and best practices
• Own strategy and execution within the learning management platform, ensuring clear pathways for training consumption and knowledge validation
• Integrate into the product release lifecycle to develop training content in parallel with product development and coordinate with Customer Success teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling enablement programs at a growing company
• Hands-on expertise in developing scalable training content for internal and external audiences
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for efficient content creation
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Project management capability and comfort in a lean environment
