Key responsibilities

• Design and develop hands-on cybersecurity training content focused on detection and prevention
• Build and oversee advanced training environments, ensuring a seamless learner experience
• Create realistic, scenario-driven challenges that enhance learners' skills and knowledge

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, virtual environment engineering, and technical content development
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory security
• Experience with AI-assisted development of security tooling and proof-of-concept defenses
• Extensive experience evaluating and improving AV/EDR effectiveness
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities in a collaborative environment
