Job Summary

Owning the full content lifecycle for assigned projects, the full-time remote Senior Content Manager will manage instructional design, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure high-quality delivery of learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content for assigned projects, from learning design through production and delivery
• Design structured learning paths and certification programs tailored to various learner personas and skill levels
• Manage relationships with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance, while maintaining production cadence

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or technical content creation in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong foundation in instructional design principles and the ability to structure learning for measurable outcomes
• Experience managing multimedia production workflows, including video and interactive content
• Proficiency in modern content and LMS tools such as Camtasia and Articulate
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment with strong project management skills
