Job Summary
As the founding Senior Content Marketing Manager, this full-time remote role will own Leap's content strategy, producing high-quality materials that engage both employer benefits leaders and patients, while driving measurable outcomes in a fast-paced healthtech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Leap's end-to-end content strategy, including editorial calendar and brand voice across various channels
- Produce long-form B2B content and thought leadership that establishes Leap's authority in specialty infusion
- Write direct response, website, and campaign copy that drives action and maintains consistency across B2B and B2C communications
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of content marketing and copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in healthtech
- Exceptional writing portfolio that includes long-form authority work and direct response copy
- Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of B2B2C marketing and consumer activation patterns
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, GEO/LLM optimization, and editorial workflow
