Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of a strategic content marketing plan, the full-time hybrid Senior Content Marketing Manager will oversee content strategy, manage a team of contributors, and collaborate cross-functionally to produce high-quality content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the content marketing strategy to align with overall marketing goals and brand positioning
- Mentor and direct a small content team to ensure high-quality work and professional growth
- Write, edit, and oversee engaging content that supports lead generation and enhances brand awareness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B organizations, with proven team management skills
- Excellent writing portfolio and experience in evolving brand narratives
- Familiarity with Monday.com and data-driven content strategy optimization
- Proven ability to work with senior leaders on corporate communications and manage multiple projects simultaneously
