Job Summary

Experienced content marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Content Marketing Writer responsible for creating and executing an editorial calendar, producing thought leadership content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Foundant's voice in philanthropy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation and execution of an editorial calendar, writing and editing blog posts, articles, and eBooks
• Build relationships with clients and the philanthropic community to source original content and insights
• Manage freelance writers and junior team members, ensuring high-quality writing and adherence to deadlines

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content writing, editorial, or content marketing roles, preferably with a journalism background
• A strong portfolio showcasing published writing and editing for thought leadership and long-form content
• Experience with SEO and writing for organic and AI-driven discovery
• Proficiency in using a CMS for content publication and management
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
