Job Summary
To support a dynamic content marketing engine, the full-time Senior Content Operations Manager will oversee content production workflows, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery of various content formats in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the content production calendar and workflow, ensuring timely delivery of all content initiatives
- Coordinate executive thought leadership programs and transform insights into structured content opportunities
- Act as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, driving accountability and maintaining project momentum
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with executives and leadership teams
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering clarity in fast-paced settings
- Familiarity with modern marketing technology and tools such as HubSpot, Asana, and Google Analytics
